DTLA keeps revamping with another grand project – 4th & Hill.

The project is a new glassy 33-story residential apartment tower in a historic neighborhood in downtown Los Angeles. The LA Times recently wrote about the new development, Transformation in store for L.A.’s historic core. According to the article, “The historic core … has become one of our hottest neighborhoods,” said Carol Schatz, president and chief executive of the Downtown Center Business Improvement District. “That hole has been filled in.”

The project is being designed by TCA Architects. Donald F. Dickerson Associates is currently contracted to develop the design development and construction document drawings. PlanNet is delightfully providing technology design and consulting for the low voltage and security systems.
